Retail Customer - Return Policy
LifePharm Inc. institutes a "no hassle" return policy for all retail customers!
All sales can be returned within 30 days! We hope you will not find any reason
to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day
Please refer to your packing slip for return information and authorization.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects
in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to
you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked
within the 30 day guarantee period. The cost of a product(s) is refundable, shipping and handling is not.
Return Instructions (please read carefully):
- Please call customer service at (949) 216-9600 for a return authorization number and return address.
- Write the return authorization number on your packing slip and on the outside of the box you will be shipping back.
- Circle the items you are returning on your packing slip.
- Box the items you are returning with the packing slip included in the box.
- Mail the return box to the address given during the RMA call using any carrier that issues a tracking number that can trace the package location (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), please make sure that you use a traceable tracking number. All returns must be shipped to LifePharm with shipping pre-paid. LifePharm does not accept shipping collect packages. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. We recommend you insure the package in case it is lost or damaged and retain your tracking number if you need to prove delivery. LifePharm Inc is responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that the package was received for returns to be processed. Once a return has been processed LifePharm will credit the payment method used to place the order. Late returns, returns without a return authorization number, return-to-sender, and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
If you order products, then refuse delivery, your order is subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, original shipping costs and any and all other costs associated with a reuturned item.
