updated on 4.24.2025 FlexSHIPPING ORDER AGREEMENT FOR THEGROOMGURU This FlexSHIPPING Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between NextGen Venture Group LLC and any of its affiliates (d/b/a “TheGroomGURU”) and the entity or person (the “You” or “Customer”) agreeing to purchase once or recurring purchases for products (the “Service”) on www.thegroomguru.shop (the “Website”) in accordance with this Agreement. Any references to “we,” “us,” or “our” are intended to refer to TheGroomGURU. By accepting this Agreement, either by clicking a box indicating your acceptance or by an order form referring to this Agreement, you agree to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself, or a legal entity that you have the authority to represent and bind to such Agreement. Any references to “you” or “your” shall refer to the Customer. SECTION I. GENERAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE 1. Acceptance of this Agreement is a condition precedent to the offer of the Service by us and this Agreement shall apply to all Customers. 2. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are not permitted to purchase any Products pursuant to the Service, as described herein. 3. The Service may, at a later date, be subject to additional terms and conditions and your use of the Service may be subject to the additional terms and conditions, which shall be incorporated by reference to this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all Services and Customers. We have a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and a Shipping Policy that you should refer to in order to fully understand how we collect and use your information. The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Shipping Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. ELIGIBILITY Any Customer who agrees to recurring purchases for the Products on the Website must be at least 18 years of age. We may refuse to offer the Service and the Products to any person at any time. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that it is in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations. If the purchase or delivery of any Products pursuant to the Service is prohibited under any laws, rules, and regulations, then the Customer’s right to access the Service and the right to receive any Products will be automatically revoked. The Customer must be located in the mainland of the United States of America (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding Alaska and Hawaii (the “Territory”) in order to agree to accept Products pursuant to the Service. TheGroomGURU does not agree to make any shipments for any Products pursuant to a Service outside of the Territory. SECTION II. SERVICE AND PRODUCTS PRODUCTS OFFERED TheGroomGURU’s offering of products include, but are not limited to, the products currently listed on the Website, which each shall be considered a “Product” and collectively shall be referred to as the “Products.” The Products offered by TheGroomGURU may change at any time and will be updated on the Website. If any Product offered pursuant to a Service is not reasonably available for shipment, we may swap such Products out for different Products, provided that such replacement is a reasonable replacement and does not unreasonably increase any costs to the Customer. RECURRING PURCHASES The Customer agrees to receive repeat deliveries of Products pursuant to the Service. The duration and frequency of the deliveries will depend on the Customer’s selection when it first signs up for the Service. During the term of the Service, the Customer may access and use the Service in accordance with this Agreement. The Customer may add/remove/swap Products, to the Service through the Website or by emailing info@thegroomguru.com. RECURRING PURCHASES TERM This Agreement will be effective as of the date the Customer first commits to recurring purchases for Products, pursuant to an order form on the Website, and shall continue indefinitely, unless terminated pursuant to this Agreement or if the Customer affirmatively cancels its Service on the Website. The Customer may choose to commit to recurring purchase pursuant to a month-to-month Service (the “Monthly Service”), which is described in further detail below. Monthly Service. Monthly Services will automatically renew each month and will only expire upon the Customer’s affirmative cancellation on the Website. The Customer agrees to FlexSHIPPING and automatic charges on the same day each month, the date of which shall be determined according to the Customer’s first placement for an order of Products, pursuant to the Service. If the Customer chooses to change the Products it receives in the Monthly Service, it must notify us by updating its selections on the Website. The new term will be based on the date on which the Customer updates its Product selections and pays for the updated Service. The prices at which a Customer is charged in a Monthly Service will be subject to change based on our current rates. Pause on the Service. At any time during the term of a Service, the Customer may choose to pause its receipt of Products (the “Pause”). Upon such Pause in a Monthly Service, we will not charge the Customer for any Products. The Customer will not receive any Products during the Pause and this Agreement (except for the terms that survive this Agreement) will be suspended. The Customer must affirmatively choose to renew its Service. Upon such renewal, the Customer agrees to receive the Products at our current rate for such Products. After the Pause, the Customer must affirmatively choose to pause the Service if it chooses to do so again in the future. ORDER AND SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCTS You may correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us by clicking the “Submit Purchase” button on the checkout page. A recurring purchase for the Products constitutes a legally binding offer given by you to us to purchase the Products specified in that Service, subject to this Agreement, at the price and on the terms stated when you sign up or place your order. All Services for Products are subject to acceptance by us and your order for such Products will not be considered accepted until we have received payment for the purchase price of your order. We may send an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order to the email address you provide, after your payment for the order has been processed, so that you may print the information for your records. Unless otherwise stated at the time you place your order, title and risk of loss is passed to you upon delivery to the shipping address specified when the order is placed, provided that the full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received. For further information, please refer to our shipping policy linked here. The Products will be shipped out for delivery only upon our receipt of payment. The Customer shall be charged monthly (in accordance with the terms set forth herein) and the Products will be shipped out once payment is received each month. SECTION III. BILLING NON-TRANSFERABILITY Our Products are for your personal, non-commercial use, and once delivered to you may not be resold, redistributed, exported, or used for any other commercial purpose. The rights you have under this Agreement are personal to you and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. If we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that you place. PAYMENT PROCESSING The processing of payments for the Service will be subject to any terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Shopify, or any payment processor that we may otherwise use to bill Customers. We are not responsible for any errors caused by any payment processor. By choosing to commit to recurring purchase for the Service, you agree to pay us through a payment processor, at the charges and prices then in effect at the time that you sign up for the Service. The Customer authorizes us, through a payment processor, to charge your selected payment method and you agree to make monthly payments using the payment method. The Customer agrees to provide its valid credit card, debit card, billing information, and shipping information when it first signs up for a Service. The Customer agrees that we will charge the credit card for the Products that the Customer agrees to pay for in its initial order form on the Website. The Customer bears all responsibility for ensuring that the credit card information is correct and shall promptly update the information if the credit card is no longer valid. If we do not receive prompt payment from you, the Customer agrees to pay all amounts upon demand. We reserve the right to cancel a Service if the Customer fails to update its credit card information or we do not receive prompt payment when due. IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF PAID SERVICES UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SERVICE. PROMOTIONS TheGroomGURU may offer different promotions or coupons (the “Promotions”) to Customers. Promotions have no cash value and will not be redeemable for cash. Promotions expire upon the expiration date set forth by us and will not be valid for redemption beyond the expiration date. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of Promotions is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to change or limit Promotions in our sole discretion. If we offer the Services at a special rate, the Customer will be locked into the special rate for a fixed time. Once the fixed time is up, the Customer agrees to be charged at our current rate for the Products, rather than the special rate. PAYMENT TERMS You acknowledge that the Service has an initial and FlexSHIPPING payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all FlexSHIPPING charges prior to the effective date of cancellation of such Service. All FlexSHIPPING payments relating to Services are fully earned upon payment. To change or cancel your Service at any time, go to your Account, call us at (929) 822-4513 or email us at info@thegroomguru.com. If you terminate a Service, your recurring purchase will not be renewed after your then-current recurring purchase term expires. CHANGE IN AMOUNT AUTHORIZED If the amount to be charged to the Customer deviates from the amount preauthorized when the Customer signed up for a Service (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction, including pursuant to a Monthly Service. If, on receipt of such notice, you do not wish to continue with the purchase, you may cancel at any time before the scheduled date of the transaction. SECTION IV. TERMINATION Unless the Customer affirmatively cancels its renewal of a Service at least one (1) month prior to the expiration of the initial term of the Service, then the Service will automatically renew thereafter, in accordance with the Monthly Service previously committed to. The Products set forth in the initial Service will automatically renew in the same amounts, unless the Customer affirmatively changes its order. The prices for the Products at the renewal will be the then-valid prices of TheGroomGURU’s Products. Either party to this Agreement may at any time terminate a Service or the Agreement, upon written notice to the other party, if: (a) the other party has materially breached any provision of the Agreement and such breach cannot be cured, or, if curable, such breach remains uncured thirty (30) days after receipt of notice from the non-breaching party specifying such breach in reasonable detail; (b) the other party becomes the subject of a petition in bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, receivership, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (c) the other party becomes generally unable or fails to pay its debts as they come due. TheGroomGURU’s additional rights relating to the Customer’s breach for failure to pay are set forth in Section III - Billing. Upon expiration or termination of a Service: (a) Customer’s right to use and access the Services ends; (b) Customer will immediately pay all outstanding fees due to TheGroomGURU through the date of termination or expiration; and (c) each party will, upon the request of the other party, promptly return or destroy any confidential information of the other party. SECTION V. MISCELLANEOUS CONFIDENTIALITY We agree to use the Customer’s confidential information, including billing and shipping information, only as permitted by this Agreement, and agree to use the same standards that we use for our own confidential information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose your confidential information to any of our employees, affiliates, agents, service providers, subsidiaries, directors, officers, suppliers, contractors, and representatives (the “GG Parties”), on a need-to-know basis and with the agreement to keep such information confidential. PUBLICITY Subject to the Customer’s trademark usage guidelines, the Customer grants TheGroomGURU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free right to include Customer’s name and logo in any customer listing appearing on or in any TheGroomGURU websites, brochures, fliers, presentations, annual reports, and any other marketing materials. The Customer may terminate the foregoing license at any time following the termination of the Agreement, by providing us with thirty (30) days’ written notice, upon which TheGroomGURU will promptly remove the Customer’s name and logo from its website and cease from creating any new marketing material containing the same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TheGroomGURU’s right to continue to use any pre-printed marketing materials produced prior to such termination will continue until the supply of such materials is exhausted. INDEMNIFICATION To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheGroomGuru and any of the GG Parties from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your breach of this Agreement (or any documents incorporated by reference) or the Service, any violation of any laws, and any infringement of any of TheGroomGURU’s intellectual property. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY None of TheGroomGURU nor the GG Parties have any fiduciary duty to the Customer. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, none of the GG Parties shall be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from the Customer’s use of the Service or the Products it receives in connection with the Service. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all Products delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. WARRANTIES. MOST PRODUCTS SOLD BY THEGROOMGURU ARE NOT MANUFACTURED OR WARRANTIED BY THEGROOMGURU. THE PRODUCTS MAY BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). THEGROOMGURU ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. THEGROOMGURU MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. THEGROOMGURU DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Subject to the agreement to arbitration, the Customer agrees that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of New York. DISPUTE RESOLUTION THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CONTROVERSIES BETWEEN YOU AND US OR ANY OF THE GG PARTIES ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS SUCH (WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DISPUTE INVOLVES A THIRD PARTY) WITH REGARD TO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEGROOMGURU, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CONTROVERSIES RELATED TO THE SERVICE, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY PRODUCTS RECEIVED FROM THE SERVICE, THE BREACH, TERMINATION, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION, OR VALIDITY OF THE SERVICE AND/OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY AND/OR PUBLICITY, SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (THE “AAA”) THEN IN EFFECT. WE AND THE CUSTOMER HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL APPLY THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE FEDERAL JUDICIAL COURT IN NEW YORK, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS. ANY ARBITRATION, MEDIATION, COURT ACTION, OR OTHER ADJUDICATIVE PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE HELD IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK, OR IF SUCH PROCEEDING CANNOT BE LAWFULLY HELD IN SUCH LOCATION, AS NEAR THERETO AS APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS The arbitrator shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the arbitration hearing’s conclusion, issue a written award and statement of decision describing the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based, including the calculation of any damages awarded. The arbitrator shall be authorized to award compensatory damages but not authorized to (i) award non-economic damages (such as for emotional distress, pain and suffering or loss of consortium), (ii) award punitive damages, or (iii) reform, modify or materially change this Agreement or any other agreements incorporated by reference hereunder; provided that the damage limitations described in paragraphs (i) and (ii) of this sentence shall not apply if such damages are statutorily imposed. The arbitrator shall also be authorized to grant any temporary, preliminary, or permanent equitable remedy or relief it deems just and equitable and within this Agreement’s scope, including without limitation an injunction or order for specific performance. Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees, costs, and disbursements arising out of the arbitration, and shall pay an equal share of the fees and costs of the administrator and the arbitrator; provided that the arbitrator shall be authorized to determine whether a party is substantially the prevailing party—and if so—to award such party reimbursement for its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and disbursements (including, for example, expert witness fees and expenses, photocopy charges, travel expenses, etc.), and/or the fees and costs of the administrator and the arbitrator. By agreeing to this binding arbitration, the parties understand that they are waiving certain rights and protections which may otherwise be available if a claim between the parties were determined by litigation in court, including, without limitation, the right to seek or obtain certain types of damages precluded by this Section, the right to a jury trial, certain rights of appeal, and a right to invoke formal rules of procedure and evidence. SEVERABILITY If it shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision or wording of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable under New York law or other applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not invalidate the entire Agreement, in which case this Agreement shall be construed so as to limit any term or provision to make it enforceable or valid within the requirements of applicable law, and, in the event such term or provision cannot be so limited, this Agreement shall be construed to omit such invalid or unenforceable provisions. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, which incorporates all documents referenced herein as if set out herein in full, including those referenced via hyperlinks (such as the terms of service), is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the Service hereof and supersedes and merges all prior discussions and agreements between the parties, with respect to the Service. No covenant, representation, or condition not expressed in this Agreement shall affect, or be effective to interpret, change or restrict, the express provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed electronically and in any number counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original, but all of which, taken together, will constitute a single agreement. FORCE MAJEURE TheGroomGURU shall be free from any liability due to any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations, including delivering the products under the Service, if such failure or delay results from any event beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorist threats or acts, riots or other civil unrest, government order or law, national or regional emergency, strikes, labor stoppages or strikes, pandemic, shortage of supplies, communications failure, or shortage of power or transportation facilities. ASSIGNMENT The Service is only intended to be for the Customer. The Customer hereby agrees that it shall not assign, subcontract, delegate, or otherwise transfer this Agreement (or any Products received pursuant to the Service) or its rights and obligations herein, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. TheGroomGURU is permitted to assign, subcontract, delegate, or transfer any and all of our rights and obligations hereunder without the consent of any Customer. THIRD PARTIES The Customer is the sole beneficiary of this Agreement, and this Agreement does not confer any benefits to third parties. Any person who is not a party to this Agreement shall not have any rights to enforce any term of this Agreement. The Website may, at times, link you to other websites, services, or other resources (“Third-Party Sites”) and Third-Party Sites may at times contain links to commit to recurring purchase for our Services. Any access to Third Party Sites shall be at the Customer’s own risk and we are not responsible or liable for the legality, content, or functions or of the Third-Party Sites, nor shall we be liable for any (direct or indirect) damage or loss caused by the Customer’s access to Third-Party Sites. NOTICES All notices, requests, and other communications to any party hereunder shall be in writing (including facsimile, electronic mail, or similar writing) and shall be deemed given when (i) received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested or (ii) received, if given by electronic mail, if sent during the recipient’s normal business hours, and upon the recipient’s next business day if sent outside the recipient’s normal business hours. Any electronic notice to us shall be given to info@thegroomguru.com. Any notice to the Customer may be sent to the email address associated with the Customer’s account and the Customer is responsible for updating its information with us, including any change in email address. NO WAIVER Neither the failure nor delay on the part of TheGroomGURU to exercise any right, remedy, power, or privilege under this Agreement or the Service shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any of our single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise of the same or of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege, nor shall any waiver of any right, remedy, power, or privilege with respect to any occurrence be construed as a waiver of such right, remedy, power, or privilege with respect to any other occurrence. No waiver shall be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by us. HEADINGS; INTERPRETATION Section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define, or limit the scope or intent of this Agreement or any provision hereof. AMENDMENT TheGroomGURU may amend the Service and this Agreement at any time. We agree to provide notice to any Customer within ten (10) days prior to effecting any amendment. Notice of an amendment will be considered sufficient if sent to the email of the Customer. Any amendment that modifies the rights of a Customer will only be effective if it is agreed to in a writing signed by the Customer. SURVIVAL Sections IV and V of this Agreement shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement. SHIPPING POLICY All of our orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. DELIVERY TIMES TheGroomGURU strives to process all orders submitted by noon Monday - Friday the same day by 5pm. In general, all orders are processed within 48-72 hours, after receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. This is to follow rules and regulations set by the shipping companies. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24-72 hours. Please allow USPS and UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page. DAMAGES AND MISSING ORDERS If you received damaged Products in your order, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, contact TheGroomGURU first. Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS and/or UPS yourself. TheGroomGURU will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process. If the Products in your order arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 5 days of delivery. Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them. Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc before consulting with TheGroomGURU. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item. Customers may need to allow carrier to inspect the packaging and products damaged during delivery. This may be a requirement by the carrier in order to process an payout the damage claim. Customers who do not cooperate will forfeit any claim compensation. LOST OR STOLEN ITEM We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered by a carrier (USPS or UPS). WRONG PRODUCT If you received the incorrect Product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the Product for us to investigate the matter. We require you to take a picture of the incorrect Product and e-mail it to us to verify that you received the wrong Product. Once this is verified, we will e-mail you a UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the incorrect Product back to us. Upon receipt of the incorrect Product and verification that it was incorrect, we will ship out the correct Product. If we do not receive the Product within 30 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the return label and reject the incorrect Product claim. CHANGING AN ORDER You may request to change your shipping address or shipping method once you submit your order. However, we cannot make any changes to the Products or your order once the order is submitted, as described in the FlexSHIPPING Order Agreement. Please, have your order number or customer number ready for better assistance. INSURANCE COVERAGE All of our shipments are insured up to $100 by default. Additional insurance may be purchased by the Customer. It is important to note that we may require your assistance when proceeding with filing a claim. For missing shipments, we must file the claim within 1 month from the date of the shipment. For damaged shipments, we must file the claim within 7 calendar days of delivery. Depending on the nature of your claim, you may need to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process. GOOD FAITH COOPERATION When an insurance claim needs to be filed for a shipment, both TheGroomGURU and you acknowledge both parties' respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary timeframe as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of insurance coverage. Should either party be unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties necessary for a successful claim approval, they may be liable for any losses not recovered. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES The Products are not returnable or exchangeable. We will only accept returns on a case-by-case basis.
