Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive an from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at email@example.com or check your Account [insert link to Account page], if you made one at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will process and ship your order within 48 hours upon receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Your order will be shipped USPS Priority if you’re in the United States, which takes 2-3 business days.
If you are outside the US, it will be sent USPS First Class International which is a $15 flat rate, no matter how large your order. It will take approximately 2-4 weeks (sometimes sooner and occasionally it will take longer). If you need it by a certain date then please use expedited shipping as First Class shipping is not guaranteed.
Can I get expedited shipping?
We offer free, two-day Priority shipping on all US orders every day. We do offer Priority + Express shipping for international orders at a flat rate of $30 and $50 USD.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We will ship anywhere that offers insurance on your order, but please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept return 100% of your purchase on unused items within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or log in to your Account [account link] and we will take care of it right away!
